Circuses are known as flexible organizations. They are versatile and averse of heavy overhead. This is also true for the organization behind Circo Circolo. A characteristic of this is the cooperation between a small core team of knowledgeable freelancers, where telephone and Internet are more adequate than a physical office with meeting rooms.
In short: we can speak of a light organization and a 'virtual' office.
